ZORB® 3D - Organic cotton

ZORB® 3D Organic Cotton Dimples is® a super-absorbent fabric used by the textile and medical industry.
It is a quilting assembly, with a thickness of ZORB® Original sandwiched between two layers of 100% organic absorbent fabrics. It can therefore be used alone, directly in contact with the skin. It is durable and reversible. Its exclusive three-dimensional stitching offers excellent fluid retention, superior hold, faster moisture distribution and less compression rise.

It absorbs 10 times its weight in less than 2 seconds and absorbs 20 times faster than other materials (bamboo, cotton, hemp) by optimizing the distribution of fluids over its entire surface.

2 layers of ZORB® 3D organic cotton equivalent to:
- 9 layers of flannel
- 7 layers of bamboo sponge
- 6 layers of fleece

ZORB® 3D organic cotton is a hypoallergenic fabric that complies with CPSIA standards. (What is CPSIA certification?), non-toxic and produced in an environmentally friendly manner. Guaranteed free of bisphenol A (BPA), perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA).

Precaution for use:

Washing instructions:
- Wash before working (shrinkage of about 6%)
- Wash at a maximum of 40° - Tumble dry on a moderate
